The intervention of STRATEGIC was set up over different phases, beginning with an audit of internal communication to fully understand ways in which information is appropriated by employees, but also expectations, obstacles and levers. The agency then helped the management team in the construction of a pertinent strategy and internal communication plan responding to needs. The accompaniment also included a training and coaching component for the managers involved in communication.
