Virginie has more than twenty years of management experience in the field of public relations, both in companies and consultancy agencies. She began her career in international networks of corporate communication, such as Edelman or GCI- Grey Group, today Cohn & Wolfe, where as accounts manager then head of department, she dealt with communication issues for both start-ups and major companies in various sectors, from electronics and airlines to major retailers. As from 1999 Virginie developed expertise in on-line public relations, making her one of the pioneers in the field in France.
Over the last few years Virginie has been developing expertise in New Caledonia focused on employee commitment and crisis communication. Virginie is a graduate from the EFAP Communication school and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the Sorbonne University in Paris.

Partner in the consultancy department, Ludivine deals with the monitoring section and regularly trains internees. As the real back-office, she is the eyes and ears of advisors for all our client brands.
Ludivine has the role of monitoring the presence of brands in the media, on the web and social media networks and/or to inform clients on media coverage in specific activity sectors. Ludivine works with our monitoring tools and social media monitoring. She also provides operational support when necessary.

She started with marketing and communication agencies such as Publicis Dialog or Extrême Les Corsaires as project manager. She dealt with marketing services issues for clients in the major retailer sector such as Carrefour and in the food processing industry with Nespresso.
Over the last few years Carole worked with the NEXITY group, leader in property development in Metropolitan France. She was in charge of the Inter-professional sector putting into place partnerships, developing internal profession processes and training development for 30 subsidiaries, throughout France.
Carole is a graduate from the EFAP Communication school with a MBA2 in Marketing and Communication and holds a University degree in Sociology from the University of Lille III Charles de Gaulle.

She graduated from the European Communication School in Communication and Public Relations in Strasbourg, with a Master’s degree in International Communication Strategy from the University of Burgundy, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Bi-Lingual Information and Communication from the University of Bordeaux.
A pioneer in the creation of communication services and the development of editorial strategies, Zoe will also write in French or English about your brands and talents. Firmly rooted in the international arena, she is equally at ease advising on communications in internal, external or sensitive environments.
